Each module I'm actually exposed to more things that I anticipated, for example, we are not only taught about the current knowledge, but it goes back to Islamic history. For example, we learn more about the linguistics and Arabic root words of some narrations that were brought down.

Will I join this programme with other students of different ages?

Yes, you will be seated according to our cohort intake along with other students of mixed ages within the age ranges offered in our programmes; i.e 18 years old and above

Will there be any examinations?

Students are free to choose whether to sit for assessments or not, with the conclusion of each module. Once they have successfully completed all modules, they will be given a graded Certificate. In the event that students are not able to successfully conclude every module, a Certificate of Participation or Completion will be given within one to three years.

What are the materials that will be included?

Books, lesson notes & online videos. *These will be provided digitally (students will be given a choice to print it or utilise it in its digital form)

What is the pay-per-module option offered by Al-Mishkat?

The pay-per-module option allows you to enrol in individual modules of the Al-Mishkat program separately instead of committing to the entire program upfront.

Can I choose which modules to take under the pay-per-module option?

Yes, you have the flexibility to choose which modules you want to enrol in based on your schedule, interests and learning goals.

What is the cost per module under the pay-per-module option?

Each module fee is $450 under the pay-per-module option EXCEPT for Arabic Language for English Speakers, which is priced at $300.

Are there any discounts or savings available with the pay-per-module option?

Yes, if you choose to pay for all 7 modules upfront, you can save a total of $300 compared to paying for each module separately.

Can I switch from the pay-per-module option to enrolling in the full program later?

Yes, you have the flexibility to switch from the pay-per-module option to enrolling in the full program at any time. Simply contact our admissions team to discuss your options.

Will I receive a certificate upon completing individual modules under the pay-per-module option?

Certificate of Completion will be awarded after completing one module. The Al-Mishkat Certificate in Islamic Studies will be awarded upon completing all 7 modules within 1 to 3 years, according to the individual’s learning schedule and progress.

How long must I complete each module under the pay-per-module option?

Each module will be conducted over 12 weeks. The programme allows students to attend the lessons physically or online, so you can access online lessons if you aren't able to attend in person classes.
